Admission to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme at Christ University is highly competitive and based on merit. The university does not offer direct admission to BBA programme; all candidates are required to go through the admission process.
The process for admission includes the following steps:
- Application form: Candidates must obtain the online application form from the university website or admission office. The application form fee is Rs. 1200/-. The application form must be filled in with accurate personal and academic details.
- Entrance Exam: All candidates must appear for the Entrance Test conducted by Christ University. The test consists of 120 multiple choice questions, to be answered in two hours. The test is comprehensive and includes questions from English, Mathematics, Data Analysis and Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs.
- Group Discussion and Micro Presentation: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and Micro Presentation (MP) at the campus. The GD evaluates the candidate’s communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a team. The MP assesses the candidate’s creativity and presentation skills.
- Personal Interview: GD and MP cleared candidates will be called for a Personal Interview (PI). The PI is conducted by a panel and evaluates the candidate’s attitude, general awareness, and personality.
- Admission: Selected candidates will receive Provisional Admission Letters, based on the overall performance in the Entrance Test, GD, MP, and PI. The candidate must pay the necessary fees to secure their admission.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
- Candidates appearing for their final year exams may also apply, but must have scored an aggregate of 50% in their class 10 and 11 exams.
- Candidates must be below the age of 20 years as on 1 July of the year of admission.
- NRI/Foreign candidates must have a valid passport and student’s visa.
