Direct Admission in Christ University Bachelor of Commerce (International Accountancy and Finance) — Previously known as BBA (Finance and Accountancy) Bangalore Yeshwanthpur Campus 2024.
Admission Criteria:
1. Academic Qualifications:
– Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Commerce.
– For students from other streams (Science/Arts) must have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in 10+2 or equivalent.
2. Entrance Exam:
– Candidate must have a valid score in Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) or any other national level entrance exams like CLAT/ LSAT/ COMEDK/ AILET/ SET.
3. Personal Interview:
– Shortlisted candidates based on their entrance exam scores will be called for a personal interview which carries a weightage of 20%.
4. Performance In 10th and 12th Standard:
– The marks obtained in the 10th and 12th Standard will also carry a weightage of 20% and 25% respectively in the final selection process.
5. Skill Assessment:
– Candidates will also have to undergo a skill assessment test which carries a weightage of 35%.
Note:
– Students who are awaiting their results for 10+2 exams can also apply.
Direct Admission:
– The university also offers a direct admission process for candidates who have a score of 80% or above in 10+2 exams. These candidates can directly appear for the Personal Interview and Skill Assessment rounds.
Documents Required for Admission:
1. 10th and 12th Standard Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates.
2. Entrance Exam Score Card.
3. Transfer Certificate from the previous institute.
4. Migration Certificate (for candidates from a different board).
5. Conduct Certificate from the previous institute.
6. Passport size photographs.
7. Aadhar Card copy.
The final selection of candidates will be based on the overall performance in the entrance exam, interview, skill assessment, and academic records. Shortlisted candidates will be notified through email and will be required to pay the admission fees within the given time frame to confirm their seat.
