Selection Procedure for Christ University Bachelor of Commerce (Professional/Honours/Honours with Research) (Integrated with CIMA U.K.)Bangalore Central Campus 2024. 


 B.Com is based on the marks obtained:Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 qualifying exam.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection round, which includes Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation, and Personal Interview.

Final selection of candidates will be based on their overall performance in the qualifying exam and skill assessment, micro presentation, and personal interview rounds.

Weightage for Academic Performance:

The academic performance of candidates holds weightage of 50% in the selection process. The break-up of the marks is as follows:

12th Standard or PUC (10+2) Subjects Percentage Aggregate All 4 subjects 75% PCME / PCBE / PCMCs 75%

For International Curriculum Course/ ‘A’ level/ IB candidates, best of 5 subjects (excluding languages) will be considered.

Skill Assessment, Micro Presentation, and Personal Interview Rounds (SA-MP-PI):

Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the selection rounds, which include skill assessment, micro presentation, and personal interview:

Skill Assessment: The skill assessment round evaluates candidate’s aptitude, comprehension, verbal & mathematical skills.

Micro Presentation: Candidates will be given a topic to make a presentation of 90 seconds on the spot.

Personal Interview: The personal interview round will assess the candidate’s basic communication skills, general knowledge, presence of mind, as well as intellectual ability.

Weightage for SA-MP-PI:

The SA-MP-PI round carries a weightage of 20% in the selection process. The break-up of the marks is as follows:

Skill Assessment (SA) 40 Micro Presentation (MP) 40 Personal Interview (PI) 20 Total 100

You should definitely apply. The university admission is both merit and entrance based. It mainly focuses on your cumulative percentage.
