Selection Process for Christ University in Management Quota Master of Social Work Human Resource Development and Management 2024.

- Online Application: The first step in the selection process is to submit an online application form on the university’s official website.
2. Entrance Test: The university conducts the Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission into the Master of Social Work — HRDM program. The test is conducted at various centers across the country.
3. Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a group discussion (GD) round, where they will be evaluated on their communication skills, group dynamics, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Micro Presentation: After the group discussion, candidates will have to give a 90-second micro presentation on a given topic. This round tests the candidate’s presentation and public speaking skills.
5. Personal Interview: The final round is the personal interview, where candidates will be evaluated on their knowledge about the program, career goals, and overall personality.
6. Announcement of Results: Based on the performance in the entrance test, group discussion, micro presentation, and personal interview, the university will release the final list of selected candidates on their website.
7. Admission Confirmation: Selected candidates will have to submit the required documents and pay the admission fee to confirm their admission into the program.
Note: The selection process may vary for NRI/OCI/PIO and foreign national candidates. They are required to submit their SAT/ACT scores in place of the entrance test. Additionally, they may have to appear for a video conferencing/telephonic interview.
