Admissions in Christ University via Management Quota Bachelor of Technology Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry)

Bachelor of Technology Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry) is a 3-year full-time post-secondary program offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Christ University Kengeri Campus.
Eligibility criteria for admission:
1. Candidates applying for lateral entry must hold a diploma in engineering or technology in the relevant branch of study with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized institution.
2. The candidate must also have a valid score in the lateral entry entrance test conducted by Christ University or any recognized institution.
Note: Admission into this program is also subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of other university-specific requirements.
Application Process:
1. Visit the official website of Christ University and click on the “Admissions” tab.
2. Navigate to the “Undergraduate Programmes” section and click on the “BTech Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry)” option.
3. Click on the “Apply Now” button and create a new account by providing your email ID and password.
4. Fill in the required details and upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
5. Pay the application fee of INR 5000 through the online mode (credit card/debit card/net banking).
6. Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
7. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an entrance test and interview conducted by the university.
8. Final selection will be done based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance test, interview, and academic records.
Management Quota Admission:
Admissions through management quota are also available at Christ University for the BTech Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry) program. To secure a seat through management quota, candidates must directly contact the concerned department or the admission office of the university.
