Admissions in Christ University In Bengaluru via Management Quota Bachelor of Science (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics/Econometrics Honours/Honours with Research)Bangalore Central Campus(Christ University)Bachelor of Science 2024-2025
Duration: 6 semesters (3 years)
Candidates have the option to opt for either the Economics, Mathematics, Statistics stream or the Econometrics and Honours stream.
Eligibility
•A pass in 10+2 examinations in Arts / Science / Commerce / Other streams with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
•Examination Bangalore Central Campus (Christ University) streams on offer:
•Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
•Econometrics, Honours
•Economics, Mathematics, Finance (Bengaluru Campus only; admissions to this stream will be announced during the admission process).
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the entrance test.
- The entrance test will consist of an objective type test with multiple choices of answers related to basic Mathematics, General Knowledge and current affairs, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Verbal ability and Reasoning. Candidates will be given 5 options with one correct answer. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers
- A writing skills assessment, group discussion, personal interview
Batch will commence in August
Phase 1: Aspirants must apply online/offline via the University website or by downloading the application form
Those who apply online should visit the University website and click on the “Admissions” tab to fill up the registration form and pay the application fee through Credit / Debit Card Rs.1200 /- + Service Tax. NRI candidates may pay through Paypal / Credit / Debit Card Rs.2500/- Fiat UNO versions
Those who apply offline can download the “Application Form” and send it with the relevant documents and a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Christ University, Bangalore’ payable at Bangalore
Phase 2: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the entrance test followed by a personal interview and group discussion. The selection list will be announced on the University Website
Selected candidates must process admission with the relevant documents and fees mentioned in the offer of admission. The final decision on selected candidates will be based on the candidates’ application material, performance in the selection process and availability of seats in the various streams of the programme
