Candidates are required to have passed B.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized university as per UGC/AIU or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidates who have appeared for the final year examination of their Bachelor’s degree program, and are awaiting results, or those who are yet to appear for any of the remaining semester examinations of their Bachelor’s degree program are eligible to apply. However, their admission will be confirmed only after they submit the mark sheet and the minimum required percentage of marks as mentioned above. The candidates must appear for admission selection process comprising of AUEET (Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test), and Personal InterviewACED. Shortlisted candidates must attend the interview on the date, time and venue communicated to them. For the admission session 2024–25, Alliance College of Engineering and Design will admit 15% of total intake for each program through the National-level merit based scholarship. Scholarship will be based on the actual score obtained in any of the following entrance exams: JEE (Main); JEE (Advanced); Karnataka CET; COMED-K; Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET); or any other State-level engineering entrance examination. No separate entrance examination will be conducted by the University. Please note that the scholarship covers only academic fee and hostel fee and nothing else. The scholarship is applicable for the first year of the B.Tech. program of the academic year 2017.
