Admission in Christ University through Management Quota for Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, English/Honours/Honours with Research)
Bangalore Central Campus 2024–2025.
Eligibility:
1. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
2. They must also have studied any two subjects from the following: Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, History, Geography, Economics, Philosophy, Logic, Home science, Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Entrepreneurship, Biology, Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Statics, English and Legal Studies.
3. Candidates who have studied any three of the aforementioned subjects with at least 40% marks in each subject are also eligible.
4. There is no specific requirement for English subject marks, however, candidates must have passed English as a subject.
5. Applicants must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in the UG entrance exam conducted by Christ University.
6. Students who have passed their Class 12th or equivalent examinations in Science, Commerce or Arts stream are eligible to apply for the course.
7. Candidates must not be more than 20 years of age as on July 01 of the year of admission.
Admission Process:
1. Apply for the course through the Christ University official website.
2. Check the selection process and criteria for admission in the particular stream.
3. Register for the entrance exam by providing basic details and paying the application fee.
4. Appear for the entrance exam and attain a qualifying score.
5. Based on the merit list and performance in the entrance exam, candidates will be called for personal interview and skill assessment.
6. After the interview, selected candidates will receive an offer letter from Christ University.
7. Pay the admission fee to confirm the seat as per the given instructions in the offer letter.
Management Quota:
As per Christ University policy, 25% of the seats are reserved under management quota for each program. Interested candidates can apply for admission under management quota by directly contacting the admission office of Christ University. Admission under management quota is subject to availability of seats and will be offered on the basis of first-come-first-serve basis. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria and must have a valid score in the UG entrance exam conducted by Christ University. The admission fee under management quota may be higher than the regular quota seats.
