Admissions in Christ University In Bengaluru via Management Quota Bachelor of Arts (Economics/Honours/Honours with Research)

Eligibility: Minimum 50% aggregate in 12th standard (any stream) from a recognized board.
Seat Reservation:
– 25% of total seats are reserved for candidates from Karnataka
– 10% of total seats are reserved for candidates from other South Indian states (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana)
– 5% of total seats are reserved for candidates from other states of India
– 10% of total seats are reserved for NRI/Foreign/PIO/OCI candidates
Fees:
– Tuition fees: Rs. 50,000 per year (depending on specialization)
– Other fees: Rs. 40,000 per year
– Campus life fees: Rs. 30,000 per year
– Hostel fees (optional): Rs. 70,000 per year
Admission Process:
1. Online Registration: Candidates must visit the official website of Christ University and complete the online registration process. The application fee is Rs. 1000.
2. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their academic performance, entrance test scores, and performance in the Personal Interview (PI) round.
3. Entrance Test: Candidates must appear for the Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) which consists of sections on English Language, General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analysis & Data Interpretation, and Reasoning.
4. PI Round: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview at the Bangalore Yeshwanthpur campus.
5. Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance test and PI round.
6. Admission Offer: Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter from the university. They must pay the required fees within the given time to confirm their admission.
Management Quota seats: Candidates who have not qualified for the regular admission process can also secure a seat in the university through Management Quota by contacting the admission office directly. However, the fees for such seats will be higher than the regular seats.
