Admissions in Christ University In Bengaluru via Management Quota Bachelor of Arts (Theatre Studies, Psychology/Honours)

The admissions process in Christ University for Bachelor of Arts (BA) courses in Theatre Studies, Psychology/Honours is conducted through the Direct Mode of Admission. This admission process is managed by the Office of Admissions at Christ University, Bengaluru.
Management Quota in Christ University:
Christ University follows a merit-based admission process for all its undergraduate and postgraduate programs, however, 15% of seats are reserved under the Management Quota. The Management Quota is open to those students who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course but were not able to secure a seat through the regular admission process. The seats under the Management Quota are filled through a separate admission process.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies:
– The candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in any stream.
– The candidate should have completed the Qualifying Examination from any State or Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE or equivalent board as recognized by Christ University.
For Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Honours:
– The candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in any stream.
– The candidate should have completed the Qualifying Examination from any State or Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE or equivalent board as recognized by Christ University.
– The candidate should have studied Psychology or any related subject as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level.
Admission Process:
Step 1: Eligible candidates can obtain the application form from the Office of Admissions at Christ University or can download it from the university website.
Step 2: The application form must be filled with all the required details and documents as specified by the university.
Step 3: Along with the application form, candidates must submit the following documents:
– Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
– Transfer certificate or Migration certificate
– Character certificate from the previous institution
– Caste certificate (if applicable)
– Transfer certificate from the previous institution.
Step 4: The completed application form along with the documents must be submitted at the Office of Admissions within the given deadline.
Step 5: The university will announce a merit list based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Step 6: The selected candidates will be called for a Personal Interview (PI) and/or Skill Assessment (SA) round.
Step 7: Based on the performance in the PI and/or SA round, the final list of selected candidates will be published on the university website and notice board.
Step 8: The selected candidates must complete the admission formalities and confirm their seats by paying the required fees.

– Original mark sheets of class 10th and 12th
– Transfer certificate or Migration certificate
– Conduct certificate from the previous institution
– Caste certificate (if applicable)
– Three passport size photographs
– Copy of Aadhaar card or any other valid ID proof.
