- Direct Admission: Direct admission is offered to candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or any other relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. They also need to have a valid score in either CMAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ NMAT exams.
- Entrance Test: Candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for direct admission can appear for the university’s entrance test. The test is conducted at the university’s campuses in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, and Pune. The test includes sections on logical reasoning, quantitative ability, general knowledge, and verbal ability.
The candidates who clear the entrance test will be called for a personal interview round, which will also carry weightage in the final selection process.
To apply for direct admission, candidates can follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Christ University and click on the “Admissions” tab.
Step 2: Click on the MCA program and then on “Apply Now.”
Step 3: Create a login ID and password and fill in the application form.
Step 4: Upload all the required documents, including academic transcripts, scorecard of entrance exams (if applicable), and passport size photograph.
Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 5000 through online mode.
Step 6: Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.
The university will release a merit list based on the candidates’ performance in the entrance test and personal interview. The selected candidates will then have to complete the admission formalities, including document verification and fee payment.
