1. B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)
– Duration: 4 years
– Total Fees: Rs. 19,50,000
– Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
2. M.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)

– Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/M.Sc in relevant field with at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category) from a recognized university.
3. Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
