NMIMS UNIVERSITY | Admission
Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Bangalore gives admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate applicants on the basis of marks obtained in the NPAT and NMAT exam respectively.
For Undergraduate admissions
Eligibility: 10+2 and NPAT exam Score
For Postgraduate Admissions
Eligibility: Graduation + NMAT exam score + Group Discussion + Personal Interview.
- Minimum Eligibility to apply for PGDBM is a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience.
- The selection for the PGDBM program will be based on the candidate’s performance in GD and PI.
How to apply?
Interested applicants can fill a common application form available on the website.
- Complete the registration process by performing Registration on the NMAT portal on payment of the requisite amount of application fee.
- Applicants need to make the payment of INR 1100 (plus applicable taxes) by Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking
- The applicants can select the center of their choice for their NMAT test.

Submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- 10th and 12th Mark sheet
- Degree Mark sheet (separate for each semester/ trimester) or consolidated mark sheet
- Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate
- Post Graduate Degree Mark sheet and Certificate, if applicable
- Candidates who have completed their graduation from Overseas universities should carry their AIU Certificate (university equivalence)
- Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate (If required)

NMIMS UNIVERSITY | Placement
The university has Placement Cell which comprises of a very dedicated team of professionals and experienced members who keep a note on the various activities of the participating students. The placement interested students are given so many workshops and seminars from time to time interval gaps within the academic year in order to ensure their preparatory sessions. The cell has maintained very good relations with various renowned firms and companies.
The Placement season of the session 2019 passed outs saw the participation of 250 students and all of them were successfully placed in 90 above companies including PPOs in eminent brands like VMware, Exide Life Insurance, Tata Capital and many more. Above 25 new companies with a total number of 91 companies took part in the season’s recruitment session such as H&M, Bloomberg and more. Most of the students are placed in FMCG, CD, Pharma & Retail sector. The second highest recruiting sector is the BFSI sector. Very few students were placed in E-Commerce and Automobiles.
