Selection Process for Christ University Bachelor of Arts (Media, Psychology/Honours/Honours with Research)

1. Application Process
The first step in the selection process is to fill out the application form for the Bachelor of Arts program at Christ University. The form can be filled out online or obtained from the Christ University campus in NCR. The applicant must provide details of their educational qualifications, personal information, and contact details.
2. Entrance Test
After the submission of the application form, the candidate will have to appear for an Entrance Test conducted by Christ University. This test is mandatory for all applicants and will assess their knowledge in English language, General Knowledge, and Aptitude. The test is usually held in the month of April.
3. Shortlisting of Candidates
Based on the performance in the Entrance Test, a list of shortlisted candidates will be announced on the Christ University website. These candidates will be invited for the next round of selection.
4. Group Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will have to participate in a Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview. The Group Discussion will assess the candidate’s communication skills, ability to work in a team, and critical thinking skills.
5. Personal Interview
The Personal Interview will be conducted to assess the candidate’s academic background, interests, and suitability for the program. The interview panel may consist of faculty members and industry experts.
6. Final Selection
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Entrance Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. A final merit list will be declared on the Christ University website.
7. Admission
Selected candidates will receive an admission offer from Christ University. They must confirm their acceptance by paying the admission fee and submitting the required documents within the given deadline.
8. Document Verification
The admission offer letter will have a list of documents that the candidate must submit for verification. This may include educational certificates, identity proof, and passport size photographs.
9. Commencement of Classes
The program will commence in the month of July/August. Candidates must report to the Christ University campus in NCR for the orientation and commencement of classes.
Note: The selection process may vary for candidates applying through the management quota or NRI quota. International students will have to go through a separate admission process. The final decision regarding admissions rests with Christ University.
