Selection Process for Christ University Bachelor of Arts (Music-Western Classical, Creative Media/Honours)
Bangalore Central Campus
1. Entrance Exam: The candidate must appear for the Entrance Exam conducted by the university which will consist of objective type questions on abilities, general knowledge, and basic music theory.
2. Performance Test: Shortlisted candidates from the Entrance Exam will have to undergo a Performance Test which will include a solo performance on their chosen instrument or voice and a Sight-Reading exercise.
3. Personal Interview: After the Performance Test, the candidates will be called for a Personal Interview where they will be evaluated on their passion for music, future goals, and creativity.
4. Final Selection: Based on the performance in the Entrance Exam, Performance Test, and Personal Interview, the university will select the candidates for admission to the Bachelor of Arts program in Music.

2. Practical Test: Shortlisted candidates from the Entrance Exam will have to undergo a Practical Test where they will have to give a solo performance on their chosen instrument or voice and participate in a group performance or ensemble.
3. Personal Interview: After the Practical Test, the candidates will be called for a Personal Interview where they will be evaluated on their passion for music and creative abilities.
4. Final Selection: Based on the performance in the Entrance Exam, Practical Test, and Personal Interview, the university will select the candidates for admission to the Bachelor of Arts program in Music.
