Bangalore Yeshwanthpur Campus
1. Application: The first step in the selection process is to fill and submit the application form, which is available on the Christ University website. The form should be completed with all necessary details and relevant documents should be attached.
2. Entrance Exam: Once the application is submitted, candidates have to appear for the Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) which is conducted by the university. This test is mandatory for all applicants and is used to evaluate the candidate’s aptitude, reasoning ability, general knowledge, and communication skills.
3. Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates from the entrance test are invited to participate in a group discussion (GD) round. Here, candidates are divided into groups and are given a topic to discuss. Through this round, the university assesses the candidate’s ability to think critically and communicate effectively in a group setting.
4. Personal Interview: The next step in the selection process is the personal interview (PI) round. Candidates who have cleared the GD round will be called for a one-on-one interview with a panel of faculty members. The PI round is used to evaluate the candidate’s academic potential, aptitude, communication skills, and personality.
5. Final Selection: Based on the performance in the CUET, GD, and PI rounds, the final selection list is prepared. Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer letter from the university and must submit the relevant documents and pay the admission fee within the stipulated time to confirm their admission.
Note: Candidates can also apply for the BA Program under Management Quota by directly contacting the admissions office of Christ University. However, the selection process remains the same in terms of the entrance test, group discussion, and personal interview.
