Selection Process for Christ University in Management Quota Bachelor of Law (BA LLB) (Honours)
Delhi NCR Off Campus 2024.
1. Application form: The first step in the selection process for Christ University’s BA LLB (Honours) program in Delhi NCR off-campus is to fill out the application form. The application form can be filled online or offline. Offline application forms can be obtained from the Office of Admissions at the Christ University Delhi NCR Campus.
2. Entrance examination: After receiving the application form, Christ University will conduct an entrance examination to shortlist candidates for the further rounds of selection. The entrance exam will be of 120 minutes and will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions from topics such as English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning.
3. Group discussion: Candidates who qualify the entrance examination will be called for a group discussion round. In this round, candidates will be given a topic to discuss and will be evaluated on their communication skills, analytical ability, and group dynamics.
4. Personal interview: After the group discussion, candidates will be called for a personal interview round. In this round, candidates will be evaluated on their knowledge of current affairs, legal reasoning, ethical values, and fitness for the course.
5. Final selection: The final selection of candidates will be based on their overall performance in the entrance examination, group discussion, and personal interview. The selected candidates will be notified through email or phone.
Management Quota Admissions:
Students who do not meet the eligible criteria or did not qualify for the entrance examination can also apply for admission under the management quota. The selection process for the management quota is as follows:
1. Apply for management quota: Interested candidates must contact the Office of Admissions at the Christ University Delhi NCR campus to apply for the management quota. The selection for the management quota is based on the candidate’s performance in their previous academic qualification and personal interview.
2. Documentary verification: Candidates who have applied for the management quota will be required to submit all the necessary documents for verification.
3. Personal interview: A personal interview will be conducted to assess the candidate’s eligibility for the course.
4. Final selection: The final selection of candidates will be based on their academic merit and performance in the personal interview.
Note: The admission under management quota is subject to availability of seats.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to apply for the BA LLB (Honours) program at Christ University in Delhi NCR:
1. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category).
2. Candidates must also have a valid score in CLAT/LSAT/Christ University Entrance Test (CUET).
3. Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination in the current year are also eligible to apply.
4. Candidates must be no more than 20 years of age as of July 1st of the year of admission (22 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category).
