1. Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Biology/Biotechnology/Information Technology from a recognized board.
2. Entrance Examination: Candidates need to appear for the Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the university. It is a three-hour computer-based test that assesses the candidate’s knowledge and skills in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Logical Reasoning.
3. Personal Interview: Based on the performance in the entrance test, candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview round. In this round, candidates are evaluated on their communication skills, academic background, and their interest in the program.
4. Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the academic performance, entrance test scores, and performance in the personal interview. The merit list will be prepared, and candidates will be offered admission as per their ranking in the list.
Note: In case of a tie in the ranking, the candidate with a higher score in the entrance test will be given preference.
5. Admission Offer: The selected candidates will receive an admission offer from the university, and they need to confirm their acceptance by paying the necessary fees and submitting the required documents within the given timeline to secure their seat.
6. Document Verification: After paying the fees and accepting the admission offer, candidates need to submit their original documents for verification. The documents required for verification include 10th and 12th mark sheets, transfer certificate, conduct certificate, and ID proof.
7. Fee Payment: Once the documents are verified, candidates need to pay the remaining fees and complete all the admission formalities to confirm their admission.
In case of any vacant seats, the university may conduct spot admissions based on the eligibility criteria and availability of seats.
