Selection Process for Christ University in Management Quota Bachelor of Technology Information Technology (Lateral Entry) 2024.
Bangalore Kengeri Campus
1. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a diploma in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board or university.
2. Application Form: Interested candidates must fill out the online application form on the official website of Christ University. The form will be available as per the schedule announced by the university.
3. Entrance Exam: Candidates will have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the university. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and will have multiple-choice questions covering topics such as quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, general knowledge, and basic computer and IT concepts.
4. Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the further selection process.
5. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a personal interview round. This round will assess the candidate’s communication skills, general knowledge, and other relevant qualities.
6. Academic Performance: The academic performance of the candidate in their diploma course will also be taken into consideration during the selection process.
7. Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in the entrance exam, personal interview, and academic performance.

– Candidates who have completed their diploma in Engineering/Technology through distance or correspondence mode are not eligible for lateral entry.
