MSc Psychology (HRDM) with MA Business and Organizational Psychology (Steinbeis, Germany) is a dual degree program offered by Christ University. This program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in psychological theories and models, along with practical skills in human resource development and management.
Selection Process:
The selection process for this program consists of three stages:
1. Online Application: Interested candidates must first fill out the online application form on the Christ University website. They must also submit the required documents such as academic transcripts, entrance test scores, and work experience certificates.
2. Entrance Test: Candidates must appear for the Christ University Entrance Test (CUET) which consists of sections on verbal and non-verbal reasoning, quantitative ability, and general knowledge. The duration of the test is 2 hours and it is conducted at various centers across India.
3. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. This interview will assess the candidate’s knowledge in psychology, HRDM, and organizational behavior. It will also evaluate their communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in all three stages of the selection process.
Note: Candidates who have valid scores in national level entrance tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or GMAT are exempted from appearing for the CUET. They will be directly called for the personal interview round.
