Selection Process for Christ University Master of Arts Applied Economics

1. Application and Eligibility: The first step in the selection process is to submit an online application form on the official website of Christ University. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for MA Applied Economics, which includes a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Entrance Test: Shortlisted candidates will be required to take an Entrance Test conducted by the university, which will comprise of questions based on topics such as quantitative aptitude, macroeconomics, microeconomics, and general knowledge. The duration of the test will be 2 hours.
3. Personal Interview: Based on the performance in the entrance test, candidates will be shortlisted for a personal interview. In this round, candidates will be evaluated on their subject knowledge, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
4. Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the performance in the entrance test, personal interview, and academic record. The merit list of selected candidates will be published on the official website.

1. Application and Eligibility: Candidates must fill an online application form on the official website of Christ University and meet the eligibility criteria for MA Applied Economics.
2. Weightage for Academic Performance: Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic record in the Bachelor’s degree. A certain weightage will be given for marks obtained in class 10th, 12th, and graduation.
3. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. In this round, candidates will be evaluated based on their subject knowledge, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
4. Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in the personal interview and academic record.
