Selection Process for Christ University Master of Arts Applied Economics

1. Online Application: Candidates are required to submit an online application form on the official website of Christ University.

2. Entrance Test: Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by Christ University. The test will consist of sections on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and general knowledge.

3. Group Discussion: Candidates who clear the entrance test will have to participate in a group discussion round. They will be evaluated on their communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.

4. Personal Interview: Candidates who clear the group discussion round will be called for a personal interview. The interview panel will assess the candidate’s subject knowledge, motivation to pursue the course, and overall suitability for the program.

5. Final Selection: The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in all the above stages, academic record, and work experience (if any). A merit list will be prepared and candidates will be granted admission based on their ranking in the list.

6. Admission Confirmation: Selected candidates will be required to confirm their admission by paying the admission fee within the stipulated time period.

Note: The selection process may vary for international applicants. They may have to appear for an online test and/or submit their SAT/ACT scores. They will also have to provide proof of their English language proficiency.

There are two stages involved in the selection process for the Master of Arts in Applied Economics program at Christ University.

Final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in both the entrance test and the personal interview, along with their academic background and relevant work experience. The university reserves the right to modify the selection process if necessary.

Shortlisted candidates will be notified through the university’s website or via email and will be required to participate in the admission process, which includes document verification and payment of the admission fee.
