The selection process for Christ University Master of Commerce International Finance at Bangalore Central Campus consists of three stages:
- Online pre-screening: Candidates are required to submit an online application form along with their academic and personal details. The university will shortlist candidates based on their academic scores and work experience.
- Written skills assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for a written skills assessment test. This test will assess the candidate’s English language and writing skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and general knowledge.
- Personal interview: Based on the performance in the written skills assessment, candidates will be called for a personal interview. This round will be conducted by a panel of faculty members and industry experts.
The personal interview will evaluate the candidate’s communication skills, subject knowledge, professional goals, and motivation to pursue the course.
Final Selection: After the completion of all three stages, a final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the written skills assessment and personal interview. Selected candidates will be offered admission to the Master of Commerce International Finance program.
It is important to note that the overall selection process also takes into consideration the candidate’s past academic record, relevant work experience, and extracurricular activities.
The university follows a quota system for admission, where a certain percentage of seats are reserved for students from different categories such as SC/ST/OBC, differently-abled, and economically weaker sections.
In case of a tie between two or more candidates, the higher preference will be given to the candidate with a higher score in the written skills assessment and personal interview.
The final selection of candidates will be communicated through email and also made available on the university’s website.
Candidates who are selected for admission will be required to submit the necessary documents and pay the admission fee within the specified time to confirm their admission.
Overall, the selection process for Christ University Master of Commerce International Finance is designed to identify the most suitable candidates who have the potential to excel in the program and contribute to the field of international finance.
